The ideal candidate has experience managing heavy civil construction projects involving infrastructure, site development, underground utilities, environmental remediation, roadways, bridges, industrial, or other civil construction work and possesses a strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and government contract requirements. Ensure project profitability by effectively managing project financials, including budget development, forecasting, cost tracking, earned value, progress reporting, and change management while protecting the Company's interests and maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
