This will work towards: OIS is currently undergoing a large IT Service Management (ITSM) system replacement project, transitioning from legacy CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) and CA Asset Portfolio Management (APM) to Ivanti ITSM and Neurons for Discovery and Configuration Management. Contractor’s Key Person will also work with OIS IT Asset Management team members including data lead, ITSM Maturation Project team members, the CMDB owner, Ivanti system administrators.
