The Supervisor provides leadership to the nursing team and support as a mentor to Staff and oversees patient care services, including the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation/improvement of clinical care services/programs, which includes patient experience, patient safety, HEDIS quality measures, financial goals, etc. The RN Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day 'back office' operations of the clinic by overseeing the employees providing nursing care to the clinic patients, as well as implementing and assuring quality medical management and cost containment health services to patients.
