Care team members include doctors who specialize in rehabilitation medicine (physiatrists), rehabilitation nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, patient care coordinators, therapeutic recreation specialists, vocational rehabilitation counselors, rehabilitation psychologists and social workers. • Develops and maintains relationships with clinic staff, clinic manager, clinic medical director, interdisciplinary patient care teams and other hospital staff to ensure maximizing positive department and employee relationships.
