Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: The position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Provides technical, project delivery, and financial oversight/guidance to project team; Provides hydraulic and hydraulic practice area leadership and vision for staff; Finds opportunities for continual improvement in our business processes; Demonstrates ability to obtain repeat business from existing clients and performs as trusted client advisor; Coaches project team members to develop their project performance and technical skills, in collaboration with Division/People Managers; Proficient at developing project scope, schedule and budget, and assembling and managing project team/resources that are proficient in the technical aspects of the project. Leads or assists in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within service lines, spearheads, sectors, key accounts and/or growth initiatives; Actively engaged in client development, cross market, cross service line/spearhead and/or cross geography collaboration; Directs or manages the development, planning, execution and provide quality assurance of medium to large hydraulic studies of varying complexities, focusing on drainage basins, watersheds, and stormwater systems; Your starting point for constant growth.
