Education: Bachelor's Degree requiredResponsibilities•Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for Pega applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows.•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.•Validate system functionality against business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring accurate behavior.•Identify, document, and track defects, partnering with engineering teams to support timely and thorough resolution.•Assist with test planning, including defining test scope, estimating effort, and contributing to test strategy development.•Maintain and update test documentation, including regression test suites and functional test artifacts.•Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support testing activities across all iterations.•Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quality alignment throughout the SDLC.•Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide clear, actionable feedback to development and product teams.
