Of particular interest to the group is the development of concepts to address key national problems through advanced electronic warfare systems prototypes, advanced sensors prototypes, novel signal processing techniques, mathematical optimization approaches, and artificial intelligence to enable the development of next generation systems for fleet and surface assets. M.S. (or bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of experience) in Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Aeronautics/Astronautics, or related field; significant programming skills in any language (MATLAB, Python, Julia, C++, Java, etc.) and ability to solve complex problems.
