The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) is recruiting for a Manager of Child Care Subsidy Policy and Partnerships to manage the cross‑agency administration of Virginia's Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP), ensuring effective policy implementation, high-quality service delivery, and strong coordination with state, regional, and local partners. Collaborate with program staff representing Head Start, the Virginia Preschool Initiative, the Mixed Delivery Preschool Grant Program, and ECSE to maximize access to full-day, full-year, publicly-funded slots across the ECCE system.
