The ideal candidate has a depth and breadth of American Sign Language interpreting experience, including significant experience with sight translation and interpreting in government settings; a background in providing training and outreach; and working knowledge of ethical decision-making. Under the direction of the Communication Access Services (CAS) Program Social Services Program Specialist III, this position will work with various State agencies to make public-facing materials accessible in ASL, produce translations of the materials, and create videos for dissemination.
