Maintains consistent communication with administrators, teachers, students, families, and community to ensure that school culture norms are effectively articulated and reinforced; models the school's mission and values for professional conduct; and creates systems and processes that celebrate successes and redirect on-going areas of concern. Have 3+ years experience as an educator, including progressively responsible experience in education working with teachers and school leaders on behavior management and school climate, counseling, mental health, trauma-informed practices and programing and/or mentoring, required.
