The Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management provides leadership, strategic direction, supervision, and assessment for enrollment and student service functions, including Admissions, Advising and Recruitment, Records and Registration, Financial Aid, Veterans Educational Benefits, High School Connections, Career Services, International Student Services, Student Communications, Enrollment Analytics, and front desk/student service operations. As a member of the College’s senior leadership structure, the Dean exercises broad discretion within delegated authority; advises executive leadership on enrollment, student-service, staffing, budget, technology, policy, and compliance matters; and leads cross-functional initiatives that have significant impact on students, employees, institutional revenue, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and the College’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.
