Develop and perform experimental methods including mammalian and bacterial cell culture, primary human and murine T cell isolation and transduction, flow cytometry, protein expression and purification, and binding, cytotoxicity, and cytokine assays. Plan and carry out preclinical mouse studies, including tumor implantation, dosing and treatment schedules, small-animal imaging, tissue collection, and endpoint analysis, in strict accordance with approved IACUC protocols.
