EMCOR Government Services is seeking an experienced IDIQ Project Manager / Alteration & Tenant Improvement Manager (ATIM) to support facilities operations at the FDIC Headquarters facilities in Arlington, Virginia and Washington, DC.The ATIM is responsible for the planning, estimating, coordination, execution, and closeout of reimbursable work orders, tenant improvements, alterations, and small construction projects. The successful candidate will possess strong project management, customer service, estimating, contract administration, and construction coordination skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in occupied commercial, institutional, or government facilities.
