It is the responsibility of the Practice Manager to create staff schedules, track back office work schedules, ensure appropriate staffing for daily coverage, coordinate days off, communicate and approve requested days off, monitor assistant approved OT hours, and track hours so assistants work according to schedule. Schedules and tracks hours of externships and new employees, completes evaluations, conducts evaluation reviews with instructors, and supports assistants with interns training.
