Working knowledge of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), including Sections 302, 311, 312, and 313, with demonstrated ability to evaluate chemical inventories, determine reporting thresholds, prepare and submit Tier II and TRI Form R reports, maintain required documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable EPA, state, and local reporting requirements. Ensures all vendors, contractors and subcontractors are fully qualified to perform required services at Daniel Defense including insurance requirements, contactor and vendor safety agreement, and perform all Services in accordance with State and Federal OSHA requirements (including, but not limited to, the requirements incorporation by reference in 29 CFR § 1910.6), the relevant Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations, as well any other applicable requirement(s) related to the performance of Services.
