Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care & Comfort: Welcome and prepare patients for treatments or check-ups, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns they may have. </li><li>Assist with Procedures: Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for dental procedures. Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry and ensure the dental room is well-prepared for each procedure. </li><li>Instrument Sterilization & Safety: Follow proper sterilization procedures and ensure that all dental instruments are sanitized in compliance with health regulations. </li><li>Lab Tasks & Post-Operative Care: Assist with lab tasks as directed and provide patients with post-operative care instructions. </li><li>Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, assisting with patient charts, treatment documentation, and payment procedures. </li><li>Scheduling & Office Support: Assist in scheduling patient appointments and ensuring the office runs smoothly with minimal disruptions. Keep the dental room clean, organized, and well-stocked. </li><li>Regulated Tasks: Perform non-surgical tasks such as coronal polishing, if certified, and assist with other regulated tasks as allowed by local regulations. </li></ul>Requirements & Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: A minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting is preferred. </li><li>Certification: Dental Assistant Certification (CDA or RDA) is preferred.
