About the Role: The Dental Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to the Dentist to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. This role requires flexibility and a team-oriented approach to support overall program and departmental goals. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li style="margin-left:8px">Assist the Dentist with chairside procedures and patient care </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Take and process dental X-rays </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Maintain accurate patient records and documentation </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Manage supplies and maintain inventory </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Support scheduling, patient communication, and front desk tasks </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Perform basic lab duties and provide oral hygiene education </li><li style="margin-left:8px">Follow all safety, compliance, and clinic protocols</li></ul>Core Qualifications:  <ul><li class="Default" style="margin-left:8px">Certificate in Dental Assisting from a Dental Assisting Program required. Must maintain annual continuing education hours as required for certification as Dental Assistant. </li><li class="Default" style="margin-left:8px">One (1) year of clinical experience as a Dental Assistant required. </li><li class="Default" style="margin-left:8px">Experience with dental software preferred.
