This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.</p><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Dental experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.</p><h2>Schedule</h2><ul><li><strong>Full-Time | Monday–Friday</strong></li><li>Office Hours: <strong>7:30 AM – 4:30 PM</strong></li></ul><p style="margin:0px"><strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience</p><h2>Benefits</h2><p style="margin:0px">Benefits begin after 3 months of employment and include:</p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance (75% employer paid, optional)</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul><h2>Position Responsibilities</h2><p style="margin:0px">As a Dental Assistant/Floater, you will support both clinical and front office operations, including:</p><ul><li>Greeting patients and serving as a welcoming point of contact</li><li>Scheduling and confirming patient appointments</li><li>Checking patients in and out efficiently</li><li>Assisting with patient care coordination and communication</li><li>Managing patient records accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance</li><li>Processing patient payments, insurance verification, and claims assistance</li><li>Providing chairside dental assisting support</li><li>Performing sterilization and infection control duties, including maintenance of equipment such as ultrasonic cleaners, Statim units, autoclaves, and vacuum systems</li><li>Supporting daily administrative and operational tasks as needed</li><li>Utilizing strong computer, phone, and customer service skills to enhance the patient experience</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Comfortable working with computers and phones</li><li>Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment</li><li>Dental experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Recent graduates welcome to apply</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"> </p><p style="margin:0px">INDHRDA01</p>
