The Practice Floor Director will help lead the patient day from start to finish, maintaining awareness of clinical operations, patient flow, treatment, scheduling, and team needs while helping each department work together effectively. Previous experience as a Lead Dental Assistant, Clinical Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, Assistant Office Manager, Dental Office Manager, or dental team leader is strongly preferred.
