Under the general supervision of the Dental Director, the Dental Assistant Supervisor works in collaboration with dental and other clinical and administrative leadership to facilitate smooth dental clinical functions in accordance with TRHS policies and protocols. The Dental Assistant Supervisor directly manages a team of dental assistants providing instruction, training, and development of the dental assistant staff, as well as managing the equipment, instrumentation, supplies, and maintenance needs of assigned clinics.
