Must be responsible and accountable to supervise and manage; Must work in conjunction with the faculty & students in a learning environment; Must be able to take direction and receive assignments from the Assistant Dean of Pre-Clinical Education and other management personnel; Must be available for work during the hours assigned, for student instruction and practice development; Faculty member will contribute and be responsible for overall student success, including, but not limited to, advising and student outcomes; Faculty member will contribute directly to the Mission of LECOM embodying the essence of Osteopathic Principles and Practices by assisting with Institutional fundraising and participating in the LECOM Scholarship Auction; Faculty member will participate in scholarly activity so to enrich and broaden the student learning experience; Faculty member will commit to being a representative of LECOM by being actively involved in the community, including, but not limited to, serving on Boards, participating in community fundraisers and overall outreach; and. \t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine offers challenging, enjoyable, and rewarding positions as faculty and staff at our campuses in Erie and Greensburg, Pennsylvania; Elmira, New York; and Bradenton, Florida.
