Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="color:#4b4b4b;margin-bottom:0in">Maintain professional relationships with customers</li><li style="color:#4b4b4b;margin-bottom:0in">Collecting payment from all service and parts customers</li><li style="color:#4b4b4b;margin-bottom:0in">Daily reconciliation for service and parts</li><li style="color:#595959">Incoming telephone calls, answering customer’s questions and making service appointments for the Dealerships</li><li style="color:#595959">Assisting with out-bound telephone calls to confirm service appointments</li><li style="color:#595959">Assigning technician labor codes and pricing to service repairs</li><li style="color:#595959">Ordering office suppplies</li><li style="color:#595959">Accounts Receivable Receipting</li><li style="color:#595959">Fleet Claims submissions and follow-up</li><li style="color:#595959">Customer Service calls</li></ul>

Qualifications:
