While training will be provided on our legal practice areas, lead tracking processes, and internal systems, we are looking for someone who already has experience in relationship management, greeting clients, and handling phone communications, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism. You will be responsible for making a positive first impression by warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone, ensuring every interaction is professional, engaging, and leaves clients feeling informed, comfortable, and valued.
