Working knowledge of public-records and investigative research databases and tools, such as Westlaw PeopleMap, LexisNexis Accurint, TLO, IDI Core, PACER and state court portals, Secretary of State and SEC filings, and sanctions/watchlist and news sources, or comparable equivalents. Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entitiesusing public, commercial, and proprietary databases, including litigation, bankruptcy, lien, judgment, and UCC filing searches; real property records; corporate ownership and affiliate research; regulatory and disciplinary actions; sanctions and watchlist screening; and adverse media review, as appropriate to the assignment.
