For the first three months, starting with a daily minimum salary that equals to $160,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.
