Perform basic carpentry and construction tasks such as but not limited to painting, tiling, sheetrock repairs, replacing carpeting tiles, repairing and replacing flooring, installing and repairing signage, fixtures, doors, hardware, metal studs, framing, and others facility maintenance tasks. Team members must also possess a level of hearing that will allow them to continuously be aware of their surroundings, including hearing and responding to alarms, radio communication, vehicles, traffic and sounds from machines and equipment to troubleshoot needs for repair and maintenance.
