As a Dentist, your role is toCarry out general dentistry and teach patients how to take care of their teeth. Write prescriptions for painkillers and antibiotics. Attend to patients' broken or cracked teeth. Treatments for cavities and decay include diagnosing and treating oral disorders; placing fillings; examining patients for jaw and dental conditions; and extracting teeth. Make sure patients have comprehensive treatment programs.
