Prior experience in all engineering stages of design-build projects, including feasibility studies, conceptual designs, development of construction drawings and specifications, engineering cost estimates, construction quality assurance, and record document development. Experience with mining reclamation, groundwater remediation, soil vapor extraction, contaminated site investigations, or landfill design and permitting in the Southwest U.S. Experience with landfill construction QA/QC and certification, landfill gas management, drilling oversight, BMP selection, and SWPPP development.
