Working closely with the Business Development team and referral sources, the Director of Intake is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team while collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to support organizational growth, referral management, and a seamless patient admission experience. The Director of Intake is a Registereed Nurse that provides strategic leadership and oversight of the hospice intake department, ensuring timely referral processing, efficient admissions, regulatory compliance, and exceptional customer service.
