In this salaried, full-time role, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that support patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, including assessment of functional abilities, activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), cognition, perception, coordination, and psychosocial status.
