Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Program Manager, Employee and Hiring Experience, (Program Manager) leads initiatives that enhance the experiences of candidates, employees, hiring managers, and departments throughout key workforce transition points, including hiring, onboarding, orientation, workforce readiness, internal mobility, and offboarding. Design and maintain the infrastructure supporting workforce readiness, including onboarding pathways, required training compliance tracking, accountability measures, reporting dashboards, automated workflows, and employee and manager resources.
