Qualifications: Minimum five years of recent direct experience in renewable energy, and/ or domestic content regulatory compliance, for example, Treasury Regulation Sections 45, 45Y, 48, and 48E, 49 CFR 661, and 48 CFR 25.1 including domestic content bonus credit analysis, country of origin analysis, related supply chain review and developing sustainable compliance programs as an attorney, trade consultant, in-house professional or government official.
