Direct Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients presenting with acute illnesses (e.g., flu, RSV, asthma flares, respiratory distress) and minor injuries (e.g., lacerations, sprains, suspected fractures). Independent & Collaborative Practice: Autonomously manage a fast-paced clinical patient volume while functioning as an integral member of an interprofessional Urgent Care team consisting of physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff.
