What your day-to-day will look like: Install, inspect, maintain, PM and repair HVAC systems serving pharmaceutical manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, and commercial buildings, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment such as chillers, DX units, package AC units, cassette AC units, ducted systems, split systems, FCU, and AHU equipment. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, climbing, working on ladders or rooftops, accessing mechanical/equipment rooms, and working in varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
