Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of two (2) years of relevant RF engineering experience including any combination of the following: Design, fabrication, or testing of antennas, apertures, and passive RF components such as radiating elements, radomes, power dividers, couplers, RF transitions, multilayer boards, or Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS). Use advanced computational electromagnetic (CEM) software (HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi) to design, model, and predict performance of antennas and apertures including spiral, sinuous, Vivaldi, patch, slot, horn, and ultra‑wideband tightly coupled dipole arrays (TCDA).
