The Director sets the inventory, service and tooling targets, leads the regional Supply Planning Managers who execute them, and partners with Demand Planning, HK production planning, Product Development, PD Ops, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Marketing, SWAT, Order Management, Allocations, and Warehouse teams. The Director of Supply Planning owns supply planning performance across the Americas and EMEA and is accountable for delivering the forecast from a supply perspective: making sure the supply is bought, produced and positioned to ship what has been committed, and flagging early where it can't be.
