Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, including managing user access, security settings, and profiles (i.e., Field-Level Security, Permission sets, Roles, etc.) with a strong focus on workflow automation. Possess experience with: Salesforce Object Model, including custom objects, relationships (master-detail, lookup), and fields required to design and optimize reports and workflows.
