The Senior HSI/HFE Systems Engineer will provide guidance to engineering design efforts, with a focus on Human Systems, through the development of systems engineering documentation, including concepts of operations (CONOPS), operational scenarios and vignettes, requirements specifications, interface control documents and drawings, task and workload analyses, and participation in the development of human-centric test plans and procedures. Plan and execute user research (context-of-use analyses, task/functional analyses, workload, situation awareness), human-in-the-loop (HITL) evaluations, and usability testing using formative and summative methods.
