Key Responsibilities · Develop, implement, and evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization · Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging trends in human resources, talent management, and workplace technology · Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and direction to four Regional Human Resource Managers · Lead executive-level recruitment efforts for General Managers, corporate support team positions, and hotel leadership roles · Research, design, and implement competitive compensation structures, employee benefits programs, performance appraisal systems, and employee incentive initiatives · Oversee administration of compensation, benefits, leave management, talent development, succession planning, and annual Open Enrollment processes · Serve as the primary resource for complex employee relations matters, human resources concerns, benefits questions, and organizational challenges · Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational and business objectives · Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement throughout the organization Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred · Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources management experience required, with multi-unit or hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred · Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance · Proven leadership experience managing teams and supporting executive-level decision-making · Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Why Join ZMC Hotels?
