Oversees and performs preventative maintenance of Salvation Army vehicles; monitors and replenishes all fluid levels; inspects, tests, adjusts, and repairs all physical plant machinery, heating, cooling, piping, and electrical systems, and records maintenance in accordance with schedules. Researches, negotiates, and secures all outside contractors for both routine service (i.e. fire alarm systems, elevators, HVAC, water treatment), and special services such as renovation, all under the guidance and approval of the Properties Manager; explains maintenance and repairs desired/needed.
