Evaluate technical feasibility and quantify potential improvements in safety, productivity, quality, cost, and return on investment; track results and recommend whether solutions should be expanded, revised, or discontinued Define requirements for safety, hygienic design, cybersecurity, operational technology and information technology integration, controls, commissioning, maintenance, training, documentation, and lifecycle support to deliver sustainable, factory-ready solutions Lead cross-functional change-management efforts with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Digital Manufacturing, and external suppliers by influencing stakeholders, addressing concerns, gaining buy-in, and creating shared ownership and value that support adoption and strengthen robotics capabilities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in industrial robotics, automation, technology scaling, or autonomous material movement in a manufacturing, industrial or related environment. You will also serve as the technical authority for evaluating robotics use cases, assessing vendors and system integrators, leading pilot deployments, developing business cases, and expanding successful solutions across our United States manufacturing facilities.
