Understanding of all aspects of design including alignments, layout, grading, storm water and detention including modeling, utility coordination/design including water and wastewater pipeline modeling, and erosion control and storm water pollution prevention plans related to Civil/Site and/or Railroad design. Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and aerial photographs on soil composition, terrain, hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics, and other topographical and geologic data necessary to develop technical design information.
