Under general supervision of appropriate Manager, the Building Operator performs skilled HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, steam system maintenance & operation, and general housekeeping/maintenance of the assigned buildings or systems. The primary function of the position is to perform, repair, upgrade, schedule and organize the upkeep of the assigned buildings, grounds, facilities, rooms, storage areas, and all of its equipment, services, and vehicles.
