Perform CLIA Waived Testing.(8) Obtain laboratory samples, medical authorization, and urine drug screen, Breath Alcohol Testing, Respiratory and Hearing Screening including documentation of testing in EMR.(9) Facilitate call to Safety and Team Relations as needed, including facilitation of Incident Reports by Team Members.(10) Administer medications (which may include inhalation and intravenous) injections, immunizations and vaccines as instructed or as stated in UrgenCare Procedure manual.
