Areas of responsibility in which to monitor and ensure compliance include but are not limited to Facility Administration, Fiscal Management, Personnel, Training and Staff Development, Case Records, Information Systems and Research, Citizen Invovlement and Volunteers, Physical Plant, Security and Control, Safety and Emergency Procedures, Rules and Discipline, Incarcerated Indvidual Rights, Special Management, Restrictive Housing, Reception and Orientation, Classification, Food Service, Sanitation and Hygiene, Social Services, Re-Entry, Health Care, Work and Correctional Industries, Academic and Vocational Education, Recreation and Activities, Mail, Telephone and Visiting, Library Services, Religious Programs, and Policy. This position assists IDOC facility personnel through the ACA audit process, to inlcude interfacing with officials from ACA, and facility policy writers to draft facility operational procedures, facility directives, and post orders as needed to ensure compliance.
