This role will support all four production floors (Transceivers, Simplex Cables, Complex Cables, and FORCE), and work closely with Design Engineering, Software Engineering, and IT, leading cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability. Creates and maintains accurate and informative project plans, status updates, risk and issue registers, change logs, and acceptance metrics, and provides them to Team and Site Management at accepted intervals.
