Understanding and experience with accounting-related areas including overhead, general ledger, fixed assets, financial statements, systems and software, security management, technical support, internal controls, audit strategy, policies and procedures, and compliance along with general ledger planning, program execution, budgeting, and communications. Normally requires a college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or the equivalent thereof, and 6 - 8 years or more of related work experience to demonstrate the ability to provide general ledger and fixed asset accounting leadership to the GROWMARK System.
