SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the continued maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including fire/life safety, electrical (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, switchgear), cabling (data and voice, broad band) and lighting. Required experience in the electrical lighting controls and fixtures, emergency power systems, test circuits, regulators, low voltage systems and high voltage systems and transformers.
