Excellent customer service skills to maintain positive, professional working relationships, work with a variety of individuals (patients, families and skilled clinicians from the hospital, nursing homes, ALF's, physician's offices and community). The Field CNA provides personal care and light housekeeping tasks to hospice patients in a variety of settings (Homes, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Boats, etc.) per plan of care developed by the Interdisciplinary Team.
