Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus five years of professional experience OR Master’s degree plus three years of professional experience in higher education, academic administration, faculty affairs, faculty development, research administration, academic program management, advancement, fellowship advising, honors and awards programs, or a closely related field. The position develops and maintains strategic inventories of priority awards, analyzes and improves nomination workflows, recommends and implements solutions, develops communication plans, and provides training and assessment to strengthen institutional capacity for faculty recognition.
